MARY FRANKLIN

Mary Franklin brings over a decade of senior living leadership to her role as Vice President of Operations at Cypress Living. Since joining Cypress Cove in 2015 as Director of Resident Services, Mary has continuously advanced through key leadership roles—including Assistant Executive Director and, most recently, Executive Director beginning in October 2020. A thoughtful and strategic leader, Mary is deeply respected by both residents and team members for her integrity, collaborative spirit, and dedication to service excellence. Her ability to foster meaningful connections while driving operational success has been instrumental in strengthening Cypress Cove and Cypress at Home. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Management from Ohio University and earned her Administrator of Assisted Living Certification. She also is a graduate of the Chamber of Southwest Florida’s Leadership Lee program and served on the Board of Directors for The Chamber of Southwest Florida. In her current role, Mary oversees daily operations for Cypress Cove and Cypress at Home, ensuring that both communities continue to deliver exceptional care, hospitality, and innovation in aging services.
