Since joining Cypress Living, Charity has demonstrated exceptional leadership across financial operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Her promotion reflects both her deep expertise in financial strategy and the trust and confidence she has earned among leaders, teams, and partners throughout the Cypress family of organizations.
Charity has played a critical role in strengthening financial operations and advancing key initiatives that support long-term organizational success. Her leadership through audits has been marked by professionalism, discipline, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach that ensures accountability and financial integrity at every level. In addition, she has led meaningful improvements within the Financial Services Department, modernizing processes, enhancing reporting transparency, and positioning the team for greater efficiency and responsiveness.

A Certified Public Accountant, Charity holds a dual major in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Murray State University and brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience within the senior living and healthcare sectors.
As Chief Financial Officer, Charity will continue to provide strategic financial oversight while helping guide Cypress Living and its affiliated organizations with the fiscal stewardship, innovation, and operational excellence required to support the organization’s mission well into the future.
